Respectful

You will be condemned by the society if you put your grandparents or parents in a home for the aged. Regardless of how poor your family is, it is not only your obligation or responsibility to take care of your elders but your solemn vow to give them utmost respect and love. People with authority are always treated with respect. Government officials, politicians, private people occupying high positions in a corporation, lawyers, doctors and the police are always addressed with “sir” or “ma’am”.
